no reply Hello, I have a device I ordered from cwc-group.com I have filled out the site form they have, but they have not replied. At my first try I had a question about the device. An auto reply said they would reply. No reply. Then I said I wanted to return and get refund. Asked for RMA. No answer. Then I said I would like RMA again, and that I would order another item. No reply. I am 69, below the poverty level for income. I have skype phone. I will not answer calls with no ID. So if they have tried to phone me, as a company I would expect them to = have a phone ID.
