Whirlpool After Sales Service

I have a whirlpool refrigerator with extended parts, compressor and service warranty. My refrigerator has not been functioning and I had lodged a complaint vide complaint # BG 0608007372. Although the service center keeps giving an appointment for fixing the refrigerator the service representative fails to show up. I have even talked to Peter who is supposed to be the manager. 10 days and still no resolution. This is causing a lot of inconvenience both in terms of being landed with a defunct refrigerator as well as wasting time waiting for the service representative to show up at the appointed hour.
