WaMu US http://www.wamu.com Customer Service representatives and managers are unable to really help you. They would not lift fees that their representatives knowingly inputted and did not help to keep my account from being overdrawn. Dealing with their automated system is frustrating. I do not suggest anyone to use this bank, I am leaving this bank for Wells Fargo.
