JDATE REFUSE TO GIVE ME WRITTEN CONFIRMATION REGARDING WHY THEY SUSPENDED MY MEMBERSHIP

They have suspended my profile.

I have asked them to write me why. They don't want to give me written confirmation but want me to call them.

I feel it is unlawful not to provide written confirmation what is the reason that they have suspended my profile.

I would like to have a written confirmation via email and they simply refuse to do it and want them to call them. I have explained them via email that I am not comfortable to call and they refuse to provide information via email - so I have written confirmation - why my profile was suspended.

I really don't know what is the reason for that. I try to understand it but don't know.

Please if anybody could help me with this I would really appreciate their help.

I really would like to have written confirmation via email from them.
