hello

i have been fighting academy collections for a long time. my husband and

myself had three accounts with sears for which we always made our payments.

one day i was called about going on a payment plan no intrest no finance. so

who wouldnt do it? they took the payements out of my checking account.

always to find the funds there.

for some reason they charged off one of my accounts they say by accident.

academy got it and they were terrible,. they took money i did not give

consent to . they got into another account to the point i closed my accounts

they then refused to allow me to mail them money orders. so i just stopped

paying them after being threatned many times over and called names. today

someone calls playing good cop bad cop with me . i listened right up until

they wanted my info. oh they are good had me hold on while they supposed to

have called the creditor to play lets make a deal. then they wanted my

information when i told them to send me something saying what i owed and to

whom they got upset. i hung up three times they called back finally i just

told the guy to stop calling . he told me i was going to be sued and good

luck. when i tried to call the number back one ring no answer this is the

number they called me from 800-870-7316
