They didnt show up...TWICE

Last Tuesday I had an appointment with the company to come measure my yard for a pool (advertised on television and on their website). They were to be here at 8:30 pm, said they would phone an hour ahead of time to confirm, but they didnt. At 9:00 pm the representative still was not there, but the company did call to see if he had arrived. I said no. They then asked if they could still come that night, although the appointment would take 90 minutes or so. I agreed. By 11:00 pm they still were not there. The next morning, Wednesday, I called and explained the problem. The representative offered an additional discount if I would give them another chance. Took off work today because I Rescheduled for Friday morning (today) at 10:30. At 11:30 when they still had not shown up, I called AGAIN and was told if they didnt call to confirm the night before, they werent planning on coming. Are you kidding me??? I explained that this was the second time, and the gentleman on the phone said he would research and call me right back. He hasnt. Of course I am not giving these people my money...and would suggest that no one waste their time with them.

i know what you are talking about.they did that to me to ,but they got over me very bad.i call to get the 300. pool but they pressured me into getting a much more price pool,and told me that it had things that it didn't.i tried to call them back 5 days after signing the paper work to cancel it but they wanted me to pay the full price in full to cancel it.what is up with that when i never had the pool yet when i tried to cancel it.then the day they where installing the pool they wanted me to sign another more expansive price then what we talked about and my wife needed to sign the paper.my wife didn't get home till later that night but the sales person asked me to sign her name my self since the guys was their trying to in stall it.but i was not sure.but i did it any ways because i did not want to feel bad for them other guys just trying to work.ii have all the paper work they gave me and till this day i still feel like i was taken avantaged of when i only wanted the 300.00 that i knew i can afford but now i have one i can't any more after 2 years.
