Stood up by Pockets the Clown

We hired Pockets the Clown for our two year old daughters birthday party. We confirmed with her the location and number of people who would be there. We filled out her form and paid our deposit.

3 days prior to the event we again confirmed with her. There was chance of inclement weather so we made a plan to call on the morning of the event to confirm. That morning we left a message on her phone and sent an email to her confirming the event.

However, she never showed up. She had our cell phone and home numbers. We ultimately discovered that she thought we had cancelled and were afraid to tell her. So instead of calling and checking, she just didnt show up. All 15 children were very disappointed.

We sent an email to her and asking for what happened and her reply was that she thought we just were to afraid to tell her that we want to cancel. She has to this date not replied or apologized.
