Money Taken, Order Unfulfilled

Placed order on 12/24/07 for $554.05, and was told shipment would take two months. Two months later, no response from company. Phone went to full voicemail box, and e-mails bounced. Contacted BBB, but they were unable to reach the company, and our bank could not help because it had been over two months at that point. Now seven months in and no response of any kind, plus we have heard from other customers who have not received orders. They continue to accept new orders and bill through their website, but not actually ship anything.
