Missing Baggage at Air India

Hi My name is Satya Sanampudi. My wife Prameela and Kids travelled from Chicago to Hyderabad, India on June 14th by AI 126 flight. They checked in 4 bags at Chicago Air port and received only 3 bags at Hyderabad Airport.

My wife filed a complaint at Hyderabd Airport. Today id June 27th. After 13 days, Air India didn't care to find the missing bag. Every time when we call them we always get response that they are looking into it.

I wonder how much time it takes to enquire about a missing bag. This is one of the worst customer service, I have seen so far.

I wish Air India will take some extra care about the missing bag and return the bags in a reasonable time.

I will wait for some more time and if nothing happens I am going file a police complaint against Air India for stealing my bag and not returning it.

Hope they look into this and take some action to return my stolen bag.
