Destinology - no transfers included

I looked around for a Maldives holiday quote and Destinoloy was the cheapest. I called them and they said that compulsary transfers for the Holiday Island resort in the Maldives were not included in the price. Is that not false advertising. Every other company I have seen includes transfers, because you cannot just turn up at the airport and book a sea plane.

Please look into this, as I feel a little cheated.
