American familey insurance

I had an accident 5/5/08 in Las Vegas, NV. My car was not road worthy after

accident so I rented a car to get back home to ST. George UT. I then had my

car towed to my home to get it off the street. I notified American family that

day, $500. on my Dads credit card for deductible/ $300. for rental car on

Dad's card/ $600. on his card for towing/ And here it is 6-26-08 I am without a

car with medical appointments The adjuster Patricia Bucko American family has

not Evan looked at my car, i have called American family and have been passed

to one to the other nothing at all done on my or my Dads behalf. American

family insurance I have been told by three people give you the run around and are

not prompt to come to your aid and get the car you have insured compensated.

But they sure want your premium on time
