noise from construction

According to the code, construction noise is between 8 am and 8 pm, as I

understand it. Children's Memorial Hospital construction team does indeed

begin at 8 am, but it is now 8:20 on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, and the corer

is going, digging a post hole. It is a loud noise from up where we live.

It is hard to take from 8 to 8, but we should get some relief at night. The

cement trucks also are pouring, but at least they don't make noise.
