Westlake Financial Unprofessionalism

I am currently financing a vehicle from westlake financial. I occurred some really hard times where I eventually lost my job and had to move in with relatives. While looking for new work, I was constantly hasrrassed by westlake customers service and collectors. At the time I was only 1 month behind when I recieved a phone call from a lady named Stephanie who was rude and very disrespectful, in that conversation she went on to tell me that b/c I went to the state of Illinois without their permission she reported my car stolen.Which I was never aware that as a buyer I was not allowed to take the vehicle out of the state of Kansas.I went on to explain to Stephanie that they would have had their payment if I did not have to purchase a new starter, splindle and axle, fuel pump and head gasket within 2 1/2 months of recieving the vehicle. The sad part is I left the vehicle in the state of Illinois in which I gave her and the rest of the harrassers the address the car was located at.Now no one including myself has any idea where this vehicle is, I contacted the local sheriff dept in bellville and they told me the vehicle was in their possesion june 8th, A&T Towing Company was suppose to have the vehicle so when i contacted them they never had it at all. Now the vehicle is m.i.a.I have been working with a lady named Esmeralda who until recently pissed me off when she accused me of having other people driving my car while im stuck at home in a whole nother state. I am now 3months behind and have no intentions on paying until they find out why I was mislead and harassed on behalf of their mistake. These people will make you feel like they have your best interest to get you to sign the contract and once you do so all hell begins to break loose. They tend to speak to you as if your an idiot and insult your intelligence due to their lack of knowledge. They will contact your family and friends and tell all your business and even make their own accussations. I wish I could find away to shut them down as a company who manipulates, harass and disrespects the public who provides business for them.
