Poor and unproffessional service

Order for a one piece meal #3340 was by passed by without any satisfactory explaination. I asked for my money back after order#3345 was filled.

Employee, including the manager on duty was rude and did not make any attempt to rectify the situation ! Nonetheless, I probably would have refused a free meal because I noticed the server(one who was putting togther patrons' orders) diggingf her nose !
