LifeTouch Sport Photography--Order is Wrong

This spring, my son had his track picture taken. When I received the pictures, I have some of my son, but the wallets are of another student. I have called numerous times, e-mailed and even talked to a person from another district, but no one from the local office will return my calls and the national customer service department can't (or won't) help. I would either like my money back or for them to send my son's wallets to me. I really need to talk to someone that can help.
