Hewlett-Packard Computers US I have had a HP laptop for a little over a year. I have had to send it back 5 times for the same thing! HP is very unfriendly to work with!! All I ask is for a new computer but they say NO!!! I bought an HP Slimline Desktop that has had to have 2 new motherboards in a year. They won't replace it or give me a different model. Tech support told me the design is defective - components are placed too close together - causes a voltage surge. They wanted me to buy a different model - yeh - like I will ever but an HP again!
