Whirlpool Refrigerator - No one listening & resolving problem

We have registered complaints several times about the malfunctioning of our 340 Elite Ice Berg Refrigerator, but the Technician from the Company comes and is not able to locate the problem from the last 15 days.

I would request someone from Company to call me @ 09922447795 and help resolve this problem at the earliest.
