Fisher & Pykel washer alliance appliance 79 Citadel Drive Jackson, NJ US I made an appointment 1 week in advance because it had to be done in the afternoon. They called the night before and told me they couldnt make the appointment. I told them I couldnt do morning appointments because of work. The answer I received was "theres nothing I can do". So I rescheduled for a week later again with the same afternoon appointment. Once again they called the night before and gave me the same explanation again of not being able to come in the afternoon. Well I'm a household of 10 and no washer for over 2 weeks is terrible. We've spent almost enough money to buy a new washer already using the laundry mat. The receptionist was extremly rude. I asked to speak with any manager she told me there is none on site. So I asked for a phone number to reach one and she told me they had none. I then told her I was filing a complaint and her answer was "go right ahead" and then she hung up on me. Is that the way to help people?
