Dell's doa policy

US I purchased a dell online 2 weeks ago, it arrived while I was out of town. When I finally got back and set it up, I found that it was doa (dead on arrival). But because it was outside of their 21 day policy they ran me through a bunch of trouble shooting, taking it apart, sending out a tech, etc..4 weeks later and i've got a paperweight on my desk and no results!!!
