COMPLAIN AGAINST A TMOBILE STORE IN 99 WALL STREET, NY 10005

Hi,

I am in Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. and I got Sunnay's contact number from another guy in TCS for getting a POSTPAID connection. When I called Sunny(though he was not Sunny, later I realized) for my postpaid connection, they told me that I need to fax my visa page only for getting the connection. The contract is for 6 months and there is no activation charge and the phone will be free as well. I placed my order on thursday, 19th June, 2008 and friday he told it has been shipped. The fedex tracking number is not correct.

I have not yet recived any thing from them. I tried to call them again and again yesterday, 23rd June, 2008. they continued to tell that it will be mailed shortly. But today when I called them, they told me it is not shipped and will take some more days.

I am wonderring how these people are making business with a name of a big service provider. I have paid already and it is deducted from my bank account also.

But I have not received the phone yet. i do not know how long will it take to get it either.

Please suggest me.
