On Friday june 20th I was connected to my roommates cable. During the technicians stay my roommates cable went out, Cable guy stated it will be back on. Cable came back on at 430pm cable guy left. At 5pm my roommates cable went out I called cable vision they told me someone will call me in 20 min to let me know when the cable guy will come back out. I received a call 45 min later stating the cable guy will be back between 730 to 830. At 730 I received a call back from cable stating that they cant send anyone back out they stated it is probably a box problem not an outside problem I begin to argue with lady stating that everything was fine until the cable guy came here,30 seconds later she hung up the phone on me. I called back took me 30min to get someone on the phone the lady I spoke with was akita, she stated and promised that she will call the tech center and get back to me, she never did. It is now 845pm I call ba ck cable 30min later I speak to a supervisor who told me that we would take care of it and call me back, he never did. I call back cable and speak to someone at 1030 who was rude and mean and made an appointment for today between 2 to 5pm. Monday june 23 at 500pm I call back cable, never showed up they stated to me that the cable guy was out here at 300pm I said impossible it could be that my street there are 3 of the same of them., the supervisor i spoke with was derrick he stated that he will send a message over to them they will call me in 30min. 6pm june 23 never received call. I call back cable vision and spoke with travis the supervisor who stated that he has down a technician will vist my home before 8pm, I never received a call he promised me that they would return. THATS IT I GIVE UP ON CABLE VISION
