HE GOES BY DEL SMITH AND MIKE OR MICHAEL. HE IS A CON AND ADVERTSIES IN THE SAN ANTONIO NEWSPAPER IN THE BUSINESS DIRECTORY SECTION. HE STATES HE IS LICENSED AND BONDED HE IS NOT. AVOID THIS PERSON! Or you can file in small claims. His address is on Hemphill what is listed and the same phone number.BUt he or his girlfriend tell Sheriff thay he does not live ther. They are criminals and want to take your money and leave you with damages. Del's truck is registered in his girlfriend's name so he has nothing in his name.
