Cancellation and Refund of Charges

Please refund the entire monthly fees that have been charged to my credi

t card since September, 2007. I was just told that this was charged to

my credit card after using Priceline.com back in August.

I have never used this discount program and kindly request that you refu

nd the all the charges that were billed to my credit card. Your custom

er service representative has processed the cancellation however she sta

ted that I had to request the refund via fax.
