Bad business

I recently (November 2008) purchased a home in North Georgia and the seller had bought a warranty for us with Global Home Warranty. I dealt with them on two occasions. Without going in boring details about my interaction with them, I can not say anything possitive about that company. Besides being absolutely useless in regards to the requested repairs, they are also extremely inefficient. Their personel answering the telephone (once they do) is rude and completely inapproriate. I endured many indignities from them during numerous attempts to resolve my issues. I will be glad to give details to anyone interested. I would be more than pleased if that company were forced to stop doing business.
