Dell Financial Services

To Whom It May Concern:

I have been receiving harassing phone calls from Dell Financial

Services. It seems they are looking for my son Joshua K Smith. Joshua

has not lived with me for over a year and I currently do not know his

whereabouts. Dell calls my home and leaves messages on my anwering

machine just stating my son's first name, " Joshua", "Joshua". When I

pick up the phone they hang up. I have called their number twice and

spoke with a representative, (who does not sound like he or she is from

this country), I have explained that Joshua does not live with me and I

do not know where he does reside.

I do not own a Dell computer, I have not done business with Dell, I do

not owe them money, the person that they are looking for does not live

with me and I do not know his present location. I will not know his

location any time soon since he know longer is in contact with me.

Is there any thing I can do to have these harassing phone calls stopped?
