Its been 3 weeks already since i am trying to move my ATT high speed internet connection to my new home. A Week before my move i called them to apply for a transfer of my phone and internet connections. My phone got transferred but my internet connection is still not active. Everytime i call them up for a status update my call is forwarded from one department to another for a couple of hours and then disconnected. I have been on call with them for approximately 10 hours in the last three weeks.

Totally agree. I am having the exactly same issue. Many phone calls, over 1 hour on each one and weeks wasted. They told me the disconnection was because the address wasn't updated but I told them so many times and got my bill sent to the new address already. What liars!
