Leads for sale, total rip off to contractors

My Free Estimates.Com is a lead provider service. They promised up to 2-3 leads per month in the catagories we wanted in the county we do business. We received only 1 viable lead since the beginning of April. Tara promised to refund our money after we tried adding to our area, etc. to see if we could get the lead volume up. After 2 weeks of that (and still not one viable lead), I called to tell her that now a refund was all we sould accept. I was transferred to Jeff, who refused to refund anything, saying we signed a contract for 25 leads and we were not getting our money back, no matter what they did. They won't even garantee that the leads are viable. Even if they send me 25 disconnected numbers, Jeff is stating that he is within the contract. I want other contractors warned, so they don't give these crooks thier money!

As a foot note to this posting... We accepted 3 leads from them in ALL areas of remodeling just to try and recoup some money. All 3 leads were bogus. One was a wrong number, one not a homeowner and the last one didn't speak English. All were in a different area code than our area. we believe they are just making leads up to try and satisfy the contract and they aren't real leads at all.
