the inkman's mistake

i have been recieving unpaid invoices since 04-07-2006.i have contacted them several times to dispute this bill as i never orderedor recieved any such product.they assure me each time they will get it straight but how long does it take?i have fought hard to keep my credit good and this can ruin it .
