Primary Financial Service customer service inappropiate

Primary Financial Services are the most rude bunch of bill collectors I've ever dealt with. One of my creditors forwarded my account to them and I had trouble paying the creditor. They kept on asking me when I would pay and force me to borrow money from my boss to pay them if not they said they would threaten me with a lawsuit. They legally can't do this only the creditor can threaten a lawsuit. Someone should put a lawsuit on them and make them go belly up.
