FLOOD IN MY NEW CAR




This is to bring under your immediate attention that I am fed up with your pathetic and useless service.








I bought my wagon R LXI -DL4C AA 8602 from PASCO (now DD MOTORS), Peeragarhi in April 2007 and after the very first rain in Delhi that year my car was flooded with WATER.








Just go through my SUFFERINGS, here are the instances:








YEAR -2007








1st Visit –I was told by the engineer on duty “it is very normal however, there might be possibility that water poured in from front glass he also agreed that even it does it will not flood the car from inside moreover, there was no sign of water entering front the place described. He said I have to keep my car for “ONE WEEK” to get it checked I insisted “NO” to it and they just dried it and hand it over to me. They were totally clueless and given no solution.








2nd Rain 2nd Visit –Again water entered after the second rain I had to take my mother to the hospital that day I couldn’t and I brought my car to your PASCO Peeraghari service station. They again do the routine check and dry the car and sent me back. This time again, they were clueless how water was entered the car but unable to provide any solution. I requested Mr. PUNDIR, GM , PASCO to get it checked thoroughly instead, of helping me he TOLD ME THE COST INCURRED ON THE PEERAGHARI SHOWROOM BUT NO SOLUTION.








3rd rain 3rd Visit –this time it was heights I had to literally took my family and asked for the permanent solution, this time they again dried my car and keep it stand in the flooded area nearby the water was entering the car from the bottom of the rear seats where there were some holes for the plastic locks which hold the back door and petrol tank “opening wires”. This time they do give the solution by putting some “Rubber material” on those holes. Water stopped entering but this was just a temporary solution.








IN All these happenings my carpet was totally ruined I requested to get it changed and PASCO GM Mr. Pundir told me it is not possible and PASCO but after getting this matter escalated to the PASCO, COO I got my new Carpet.








ALL OF THE ABOVE VISITS WERE IN ONE SINGLE MONTH ONLY.

AGAIN MY CAR WAS FLOODED AFTER THIS HEAVY RAIN NOW I WANT SOMEBODY TO TAKE THE ACTION AND GET ME RID OF AT THE EARLIEST. I WILL ALSO ESCALATE THIS MATTER TO THE CONSUMER COURT.
