Mercedes Car Repair from Ewing Autohaus - Plano, TX

My wife and I own a 2003 E500 with lots of problems. We have an extended waranty so we drop our car off to have repairs done. With an extended waranty we were expecting to pay the deductable of $150.00. We told the service advisor not to do any work unless covered by the waranty. He called after the work was already done to tell us that waranty did not cover it and that we expected to pay addition money to the deductable. When I confronted the service advisor he refused to take the charge off so I demanded to talk to a manager. The manager refused to take the charge off and continued to call my wife a lyer and say that she knew of the charge before hand. This is the end of our dealings with Ewing Autohaus of Plano.
