Ignore refund requests following RMA

I had ordered the sanyo projector lamp, after 3 months it had never come in so I canceled the order and bought one somewhere else, then the lamp turned up.

I got an RMA for its return and shipped it back. After six months of fighting for the refund of some $350 I went to BBB who the company/ies ignored.
