Ticket Triangle

Coldplay tickets ticket triangle US tickettriangle.com I purchased Coldplay tickets for my son who lives in Chicago. The concert was promised to be 8/5/08. We heard online that they had "rearranged" their tour. I checked their website and the Chicago concert will be rescheduled for July 24th but that all ticketholders will be able to get a refund "from the point of sale." I called Ticket Triangle, through which I purchased my tickets and they won't refund my money, even though the tickets don't go on sale until June 14. What can I do? Of course, I would NEVER do business with Ticket Triangle again. Never. Check with FEDEX or the carrier they used. They will have an address on file as these people surely have an account with them. I would love to know who these scum bags really are. The person's name on my tickets is Cavid Martinez (probably David) From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Saturday, 05-Jun-10 13:54:26 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI'm making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for the same type of over-charging.
