Hitachi bandsaw

I purchased a Hitachi Band saw from Lowe's, have had it about 4 months and it doesn't cut a straight line, never has, and I have spent hours trying to adjust it, still will not cut a straight line, have made more tension on the blade and still don't work, just broke the blade, will never buy another Hitachi brand item
