COMPLAINT on Saving Bank account 136027257006 transaction Dear Sir,
My savings bank account no was opened along with my home loan account no.
My home loan account was closed on 24th Nov'06 and I have not much transaction in my savings accounts
On 8th April'08 an amount of Rs. 2000/- was deposited in my savings account and while checking in your Indore Branch ATM, I was surprised to fount balance as NIL. While contacting to your Indore branch representative, I was told to contact customer care as the minimum balance of Rs. 1 Lac and hence the Balance has put on hold
On 14th Apr'08 I have complained about the same to your customer care and after few days while cross checking with your customer care I was told to use the money And the hold was removed
Accordingly I have issued a cheque for Rs. 2000/- against HDFC credit card payment and received a call from your Indore branch for insufficient balance. There also I was surprised and your representative said Rs.842.70 was deducted from my account for not maintaining sufficient balance The cheque was returned and the cheque return amount was deducted (as confirmed by your bank manager)
Simultaneously HDFC bank has also charged the cheque return charges
I would like to inform you the following points:
* I do not received any statement of my account * I have not received any information regarding maintenance of minimum balance * Neither have I received any information about deduction of not maintaining minimum balance * Also request you to give a credit of all amount deducted in my account without further delay * Alternatively I have no other option to go for legal proceeding * Also I have made another complaint on 11th June'08 # 2806002823
