Here is the text I would love you to publish on your site for me:


Never take American Airlines again!!

I had a catastrophe with AA's handling of my luggage. I flew with them to

Aruba last August 2007. My bags arrived three days late, the bag was

completely broken, impossible to fix or repair, and many things were missing

from my bag. I immediately sent a letter to president Arpey requesting

reimbursement for buying minimum clothes and toiletries for the three days

without anything in Aruba, having to replace my luggage in Aruba in order to

go home, and reimbursements of things missing/stolen which I had a receipt

for. 2600$+ but after many many phone calls, emails and letters later, I

received one from their Central Baggage Service yesterday simply stating

that they confirm the decision not to reimburse me for anything. Utterly

amazing.

If anyone needs proof of this, just ask me.
