Pettags is a rip off!!

On the website pettags shows tags with large print. I ordered a tag for my dog and the print was sooooo small I (w/20/20 vision) could barely read it. I can't imagine someone finding my dog and being able to read her name and the #s printed on it! When I called the woman I spoke with was rude and said she's been printing (ripping people off) these for 20 years. Even on the ads I received with the tag the print appears larger! To top it off, it was sent with an 's' hook to attach to the collar with pliers--as if my dog will forever have the same collar! Come on, how inexpensive would it be to include a keychain ring!?

I remember this person. It was the worst phone call we ever had from a customer. It started off bad and when the name calling started I asked them to calm down so we could help and it got worse from there.

We have been in business over 21 years and have thousands of repeat customers. During this time of recession we are offering a 20% discount rewards program to help out. As for O-Rings, they come off easily and an S-Hook when put on the collar stays and secures the tag better.
