Horrible NY company An order was placed through the following website on May 16th: www.impostercity.com=20 I never received my order and I had paid for express shipping. The owner of the company has slammed the phone in my face and yelled and screamed at me. I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this company. They sent the wrong thing. I ask for an exchange. OK, but I'm on the hook for return postage. I stand in line at the Post Office, pay the postage, and... no exchange. I get a refund (on the item price, but not for the original or return postage). I ask about the exchange, and am informed that I never asked for one -- nevermind that I was explicitly asked to provide a credit card number with the return so they could use it to pay postage on the exchange. If you're keeping score at home, this would have been the THIRD shipping charge on the same pair of sunglasses. They tell me I can reorder, but I decide to cut my losses. I found what I was looking for on another web site -- at 25 percent less. And the best part: Shipping is free.
