I have bought a washing machine WM865. The washing machine is in guarantee period. Now it is showing some error Error Code E1. Don't know much about it. Registered complaint with Whirlpool 10 days back. Till date no service engineer has visited even after repeated complaints. Whirlpool customer service really sucks. I take this forum as an oppurtunity to warn other buyers to acquaint them of their services in India.
