They advertise special fares every week

You get notified of a special fare,and then go on their website and the

special fare does not exist

It is a big scam.I tried 10 minutes after getting notified via email and the

special fare was sold out

You cannot get anyone to complain to

There customer service sucks

i too have problems getting the specials. Even when I know what time the site posts them and I go directly and see them before I get the email. there are only 2-4 seats available at that fare, and thousands trying to get it.

But... I have gotten many of the sale fares. You just have to be quicker than the other tens of thousands of people Kinda like trying to win on a call in radio contest. I kow the answers, but am always getting a busy signal. The specials DO exist, for I have gotten them.

I just wish more of the specials would come out of Detroit and not so many from Ft Lauderdale...
