Never Received anything

I was harassed into buying a package which seemed like a good deal. They refused to give me a callback during which time I could check them out first. I was told I had 15 days to cancel. I never received any information or emails from the company and at 19 days I called them to cancel and they told me I couldn't. It isn't a good deal when you figure everything you have to purchase.

I also have bought this same package from etour and travel. I went on the vacation to Florida with my Husband and 3 children. I was surprised when I called thier reservations department. I expected to go through a big hassel as I have in the past on other so-called "Great Deals". Much to my surprise, they were very polite and expiditious in getting everything booked for us!!! In fact, they even booked the flight for us and got me a better price then my travel agent! I am curious why after so many years of business this company has so few complaints>?? Must be doing something right, for a change!! Keep up the good work, guys!!! and Kudos to Stacey and James, the 2 that helped me get this vacation!!
