Att- Horrible Customer service
|
ATT - Cingular US I opened my account with Att and purchased a Razor cell phone, in 2007 I went to the store to buy a Samsung blackjack. I got home and decided that I did not like the phone and within 2 hours the phone was returned to the store. I since then have not purchased any phones, ( I still have my razor) I decided to purchase a new phone after having the same phone since 2005 and was told that I was ineligible for an upgrade at this time. So I called in a spoke to a representative who completed a billing ticket ( this was in Feb) and said that this would be taken care of. So to make a long story short, I have not had this problem resolved yet! Same issue 5 months later the last representative told me that she would put in a ticket and take care of the issue ( "see email below") From: No-ReplyMyCSPForm AT awsmail.att.com [mailto:No-ReplyMyCSPForm AT awsmail.att.com] Sent: Tuesday, June 24, 2008 9:53 PM To: XXXXXXX, XXXXXXX {XXX} Subject: AT&T Customer Notification (Change to Your Wireless Account) XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX Wireless CTN: XXX XXX XXXX Thank you for choosing AT&T for your business wireless needs! This e-mail is a follow-up to our previous conversation on 6/24/2008 to ensure your needs were serviced correctly. On 6/24/2008, KAITLIN E. processed the following changes to your account: 1. Other 2. today i filled out a billing issue ticket for Att to change your eligibility date. i also changed your contract- 12/10/05-10/10/07. the billing issue ticket will take 7-10 business days for it to process by then you should be eligible for an upgrade. i thank you very much for your patience and your business and have a great day. So today, here I am calling in again and I speak to a representative and of course 5 months later and nothing has been done, the rep tells me that they are going to put in a ticket and do this again after they have done this 5 times already. I speak to a supervisor who is rude and tells me that there is nothing that I can do, and she can’t help me ( Att- Supervisor - Deborah Ball) All I wanted was to get the new I-phone on Friday after having the same phone since 2005 and there seems to be no hope, at this point ATT owes me the I-phone FOR FREE at this point!! . I am going to close my account over this and I have a list of people who I have told my story about and they are horrified at this, most of them, I raved to about the service and they switched over to ATT becasue of me. SO far I have 78 members at my church ( I go to one of the largest churches in the city of Chicago ( and I will be sharing this with the congregation on sunday to see if I can get more people to join in) , 128 people at my job and 34 friends who are closing their accounts with me as well. Please if any one can help me, I would appreciate it! I am hoping this can help becasue next, I am going to take my list of people who are dropping service to another company and see what deal they can get for a couple hundred new service contracts!!
