I was a vodafone customer with an account number 3.315.00.00.100079. from April 2007 till may 2008. My phone number was

9886787579.

In the month of march i was surprised to see the bill as i was expecting around 1400-1500 but i got the bill of 710/- . So i

carefully verified the bill and found the mistake with STD pack. I have raised the issue to the customer care and they said

that you have to pay 781 rupees more. So i told them its fine please provide me the bill after correction. As i did not get

any updated bill i paid the bill amount 710/-. In the next month (april) they made the same mistake (charged STD pack of 95)

and they added fine with the bill also. I got frustrated by explainning same thing again and again to the customer care

department and failed to get any solution of getting proper bill. So i have decided to close the relationship with vodafone

and i have dropped a mail to them.

My account has been closed and i got a bill amount 312/- for the month of May (with same mistake again) and the amount was

3034/- and due date was 12th of June2008. But i got a demand notice from Mr Yogisha(Contact # 09886018178) on 6th of June

for 3034/-. I did not understand how they can send demand notice before payment due date. Finally he concluded that i have

to pay 2934/- and finally he said you pay just 2253/-.

As i don't want to do anything illegal so i have raised the issue to Ms/Mrs CP Joshi(Appellate Authority) and she also

concluded that i have to pay 2934/- which is wrong as per the bills which i have. She also said we cannot provide any bill. I

asked her to send some executive who can explain the bills and can show me the late payment policy. She replied on 4th of

July that she will send my request to concerned department. Then today i got a leal notice from Mr Yunus on behalf of

Vodafone, no:07.07.2008/MBC3. He is saying that i have to pay 2823/- by 4days of his mail.

Now i don't know how to fight for justic against vodafone regarding this issue, because the bill amount they are telling is

not concestent and they are not ready to provide me the corrected bills and they are not ready to provide me the

rules/policies for calculating the bill.

I never said that i am not ready to payment. I just asked for the correct bill, as a customer i think i have that right to

ask for the bill. I know i am trying to fight for some small amount but see if they take 1/- extra from each of the post

paid customer how much they are gainning every month.... no one bother about 1 rupees but i think we should bother, who will

catch their faults if we don't do? Their policies should be open to all.

I am ready to fight for justic but i don't have money to fight and i don't know how to fight with them. As i don't wanted to

get the benifit of system generated mistake for STD pack , i don't want to give 1 rupees extra to them also.

I have all the mails regarding this issue and i have all the bills also. Please do help me

My Expected Solution:

Provide me the correct itemized bills for the month of March, April and May 08. Please do show me the late payment policy. I will make the payment.

Final Comment:

I am ready to fight for justic but i don't have money to fight and i don't know how to fight with them. I want the

compensession for wasting my valuable time for their repeated mistake. I want them to put their policies open to all. As i

don't wanted to get the benifit of system generated mistake for STD pack , i don't want to give 1 rupees extra to them

also.

I have all the mails regarding this issue and i have all the bills also. Please do help me.
