I am with the Palmer firm.My own personal consumer experiences with them is being scam by Them.Palmer Firm advertising on tv as Debt Relief Group.I been with them sense Oct 1,2007.My account number:6038366.I receive SSI each month the amount $637.00.The amount that was Automatic withdrawal in the amount of $237.00 on the 1st.of every month begginning on Oct 1,2007, pay out to Palmer firm each month towards my debts situation.One of the representive had told me when I have the balance of $202.00 in my account,then they will start to call my creditor to Negotiate,and start paying towards my creditors.In the second week I talk with another representive,had told me I don't have enough in my account to start calling my ceditors to Negotiate with.I had talk with another representive in a month time concerning one of the ceditors,which was target that had suit me.The legal Attorney in their organization would not represent me in my behalf in court.I was told by another representive last month june 2008,that they took action on sued target for harassment on my behalf.I had talk with Miss or mrs.Marina july 8,2008 concerning my account.I had ask her a few question concerning my account,One of the question I ask her was target sued by their legal Attorney,she told me that target was not sued.So far,everything seems to be on the up and up,for my debt situation,they told me that it would take three years to get out of debt.I talk to a different person in the same organization each time.I get a different answer each time.I had payout $1142.40 Attorneys fees and 65.00 in Maintenance fee.I would like if you can look into this matter for me.I would like all of my refund return back to me.help others avoid the same problems.

I TOO HAVE BEEN SCAMED BY THE PALMER FIRM. THEY HAVE LEFT MY FAMILY IN A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, AND LEFT US WITH THE ONLY OPTION OF FILING CHAPTER 13,JUST TO STOP ANY GARNISHMENTS BEING TAKEN FROM MY HUSBANDS PAY. THEY TOOK OVER 2,000.00 OF MY MONEY AND DID NOT CONTACT OR PAY ANY OF MY CREDITORS. I WAS SUED IN NOV. AND MY HUSBAND IN DEC. WHEN I CALLED THE PALMER FIRM, I WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT HELP ME CUZ I HAD NOT BEEN IN THE PROGRAM LONG ENOUGH. I ASKED THEM TO ATLEAST CALL THE CREDITOR THAT WAS SUING ME, AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT CUZ I HAD NOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH MONEY. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE MY HOUSE AND CARS ARE IN MY HUSBANDS NAME, NOT TO WORRY, TO GO TO COURT AND TELL THEM THAT I DON'T HAVE TO PAY THEM, NOTHING IS IN MY NAME. I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING. THEY HAVE RUINED OUR CREDIT, AND NOW I CAN NOT EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB IN HOPES TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED. I WILL WAIT A SHORT TIME, AND THEN I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO SEEK AN ATTORNEY'S HELP. I HAVE SEARCHED THE INTERNET SO MUCH LATELY TRYING TO REACH OUT TO OTHERS, IN HOPES THAT I CAN PREVENT THEM FROM THIS HAPPENING TO THEIR FAMILY. I HAVE BEEN SO HEARTBROKEN TO SEE JUST HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY HAVE SCAMED. I DON'T SEE HOW THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS. I SAW YOUR STORY AND WANTED TO TELL YOU MY STORY. I HOPE YOU ARE DOING BETTER NOW, AND THAT YOU WERE REFUNDED YOUR MONEY.

In two years with Palmer Firm only half of my debts were ever settled and then they said I would need ot pay another three years. The debts that were settled were small. The offers to creditors were stupid. This is just dollar swapping. Their staff is useless. I quit using them
Steer clear of them. They just keep collecting money and never make a good settlement. And whatever you "save" is taxable. Between what you pay them and their maintenance fee and the taxable amount it costs more than your original debt..

I also chose the Palmer firm which on t.v. said they were the Palmer law firm so I thought they also would represent me in any sitiation with the creditors. well I WAS WRONG!!!!! they told me to contact a lawyer from the list on my satement {which by the way tells you nothing you need to know} and when I did they took about 1500. for the lawyer I came to them needing help with my debt, and now I am in more trouble then I was before all the credit cards are in litigation and one has a judgement against me The reason I fell behind on the regular payments because I was out of work for 1 and a halfyears I only got unemployment for 6 months and after I used all my saviings to pay these bills I also borrowed a lot of money from family and friends. I finally got a job and make 8.50 an hour and get paid twice a month so I had to paid almost a whole
pay check to Palmer I would tell anyone to stay clear from this firm It will hurt you more than you are now!!!!!!

i am with them my name is felita and things worked out for me i had 3 credit cards and i have settled two of them and about to settle the last one and yes it took 3 years my balance were hi and i paid 203 a month they were very helpful for me and i received letters from creditors that my accounts were settled and report to credit buearu.

I received information from one of
the Palmer firms,P.C.reps(Chad Jones).I don't know who this firm is, but recieved an e-mail on a Irene Ortiz. It has all her private info along with her s.s.#. I am contacting her today along with the better business bureau, state bar assoc and we wonder how idenity theft begains. This law firm is a real class act.

I was also being scamed by the palmer firm. i have been paying monthly for a debt with bank of america. they settled for less than what i owed however i was penalized by the irs for paying my debt. i am still paying the palmer firm after the settlement for their attorney fees. at the end they never helped me because i have ended paying the total amount i owed to the creditor. all i can say they is that those attorneys are thiefs.
