i placed an order with the above company on 7/3/08. i was sent an invoice confirmation email the same day. i called on 7/7/08 to cancel the order and was assured that the order would be cancelled and then I found out today that not only was my acct charged but it was charged more than what the invioce had.Then when I called today to verify the cancellation iwas basically accused of being a liar since there was no record in their system that I called on 7/7/08.i was informed that the shipment had been sent and when i contacted UPS about it, they informed me that there is no option to refuse the shipment and have it sent back to the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I work in customer service and if we had this policy we would be out of business.

I have had a bad experience with this company as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! I ordered the bow rod for my son's birthday and selected the expedited shipping to get it here in time. I printed the invoice - said 5-7 days shipping. Then I got my email confirmation. It said 4-6 weeks so I called. The number on the email was disconnected. I had a different number on the invoice I printed so I called it and they said it takes 24-48 hours to show up in system - call back. Called back the next 3 days in a row only to be told it was not in their system and I do not have an order but if I get charged to call back! This is now 4 days away from my sons birthday with no chance of getting it even if I tried to reorder which I would not with this company. They basically said, "sorry, nothing I can do" and that was that. I spoke to a supervisor which did nothing as well. I better not have a charge on my credit card or I will raise hell and call the Better Business Bureau on them. But this is just a warning, do not order from this company. They do not care about service or their customers and most likely you will not get what you wanted anyway.
