RHB Bank Malaysia, Cheating People In Special Way

RHB Bank Customer service does not solve my problem.

On 4th. May 2008 I have recharge my mobile (013 2343970) trough their internet banking service.

Money has been debited in my account, bur recharge is not done. I have sent a few emails to customer service about this matter. The reply was investigation is going on. How long the investigation is going on? (No not the Investigation is going on; This is another way to cheat people.) After this I call again and spoke to two

more Customer service representative. They give another (Celcom customer care) phone number and ask

me to call this number and find out. I call this number and brief about my problem. They simply told contact

your bank and solve the matter. Then I have no choice go to Celcom & Rhb Bank, I wrote this matter to complaint.com

to let other people dont get stuck with this Cheating Bankers.
