Honey Spas takes customer service very seriously. However, it is impossible for us to comment to the specifics of this complaint when there are none given. We do not know who the complainant is or whether they ever were a customer or just a disgruntled competitor.

We have no names, dates, amounts of money paid to reference in this matter.

The PA State Attorney General's Office of the Bureau of Consumer Protection has no record of this complaint, nor does the Better Business Bureau. There also has been no civil action filed. This leaves us completely in the dark, if this person wishes to be heard on this matter there are a variety of appropriate and legal venues which they can pursue.

As always the Honey Spas Co. takes customer service very seriously and wishes to resolve all customer concerns. We simply need the information so we have the opportunity to do so.
