H & R Block Emerald Card And Bank -LIES

They offered a $300.00 dollar line of credit -to be payed back monthly @ $30.00 a month. Automatically withdrawn from card.

They never drafted the money out -I called 3 times to be told it would be deducted next cycle.

Well, last week they drafted full amount out plus a bunch of different fees and would not re apply any fund because of failure to pay and they closed the account. It's my failure to -because of CSR's lie just to hurry you off the phone.

That was my whole paycheck - no money at all for gasoline, food , or bills.

It turns out everytime they mess up and you have to call they charge you $ 2.00 even if your calling back because previous representative told you a lie.

NEVER EVER DEAL WITH H & R BLOCK BANK.

When I called the first time the agent told me a supervisor wasn't available. After waiting 10 mins she tells me they are all in a meeting . Finally , the supervisor comes to the phone --that confirms my initial thought --he didn't want to do his job.

They still havent changed the fraudulent ways. they gaurarntee a sameday refund but the exclude to tell you that you wont qualify if you dont allready have that x amount of dollars in your account. IMO all h&R blocks should be called out by our local news stations so other people who could use cash sameday dont fall victum asswell
