cincinnati bell US iswitched service from cincinnati bell bescause the service had got worse where we had moved to different city . went to verizon. bescause my son has hat service and was happy thru out years of service... my family plan ended on 25 of each month and new monthly plan would start on 26 on each month.... on 28 we went to verizon and i recieved a bill for the entire month of service but only used it 2 days .. 147.00 for 2 days ,,, ridiculious .. manager said i had to pay bescause they no longer prorate any more.. i ask when that happen . he ouldnt tell me when.. i never recieved a letter stating you pay for a plan and you do not use but 2 days.... look on cincinnati bell home phone ... they prorate when you move... well if you get lousy service and quit ..you dont pay fro something you dont use... ui been with cincinnati bell for over 30 years on home line and switched that when i moved last year From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Monday, 07-Jul-08 00:31:01 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
