POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ROGERS WIRELESS

Wireless Rogers Canada CA Hi, I was leaving Canada for my vacations and therefore downsized my plan from its $30 value to a $20 value( The cheapest one available) - Rogers unlike Fido unfortunately does not temporarily suspend customer accounts and customers are forced to pay their bills for extended periods even if they do not use their cellphone. But I was shocked to see that I was charged $108 on my credit card, this has happened before as well- In January I was charged $238 on my credit card by Rogers the month after I upgraded my plan from a $25 value to a $30 value I called in customer service and although the billing representative heard me out,her attitude was highly rude and uninviting. Finally she agreed to refund the excess $45.90 ( charged on incoming although I had an unlimited incoming plan in that billing month)... But when I asked her to refund the $6 excess tax that I had to pay on the $45.90, her exact words were " Sir stop quivelling over pennies." I am a student and run on a very tight budget and why the hell should I pay extra on something that I am not responsible for....
